Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

Indux Media provides professional digital marketing and technology services, including but not limited to:

• Local SEO
• Google Business Profile Optimization
• Website Design & Development
• E-Commerce Development
• Google Ads Management
• Meta Ads Management
• Social Media Marketing
• Branding & Graphic Design
• Video Editing
• Content Marketing
• Lead Generation
• AI Automation Solutions
• Performance Marketing
• Online Reputation Management

As these services involve time, expertise, strategy, software, labor, and digital resources, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following payments are strictly non-refundable:

• Consultation fees
• Strategy and planning fees
• SEO services already performed
• Local SEO services already performed
• Google Ads management fees
• Meta Ads management fees
• Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms
• Website development work already completed
• Graphic design work already delivered
• Video editing work already delivered
• Branding services already delivered
• Content writing services already delivered
• AI automation setup services
• Domain registration fees
• Hosting fees
• Software subscriptions
• Third-party tool costs
• Any custom development work started or completed

3. Advance Payments

All advance payments made to Indux Media are non-refundable once work has commenced. The commencement of work includes but is not limited to:

• Project onboarding
• Research and planning
• Account setup
• Strategy creation
• Design work
• Development work
• Campaign setup
• Resource allocation

4. Monthly Marketing Services

For recurring services such as SEO, Local SEO, Google Ads Management, Meta Ads Management, Social Media Management, and Lead Generation Campaigns:

No refunds will be issued for any month in which services have already begun or been delivered. Clients may cancel future service periods by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.

5. Website Design and Development Projects

If a website project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced:

• Amounts already paid remain non-refundable.
• Work completed up to the cancellation date may be delivered at the sole discretion of Indux Media.
• Outstanding invoices for completed work remain payable.

6. Advertising Spend

Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other advertising networks are non-refundable. Indux Media does not control third-party advertising platforms and cannot recover advertising spend once it has been utilized.

7. Eligibility for Refund Review

Refund requests may be reviewed only in exceptional situations, including:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Billing error by Indux Media.
• Service purchased but not started within the agreed timeframe due solely to Indux Media's fault.
• Technical payment processing errors.

Approval of any refund request remains at the sole discretion of Indux Media.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing results depend on numerous factors beyond the control of Indux Media, including search engine algorithm updates, market competition, industry conditions, website quality, customer behavior, and advertising platform changes. Therefore, Indux Media does not guarantee:

• Search engine rankings
• Traffic increases
• Lead generation volumes
• Sales performance
• Advertising results

Dissatisfaction with results alone does not qualify for a refund.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Indux Media before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks for validly delivered services may result in:

• Immediate termination of services
• Legal recovery actions
• Recovery of administrative and legal costs

10. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Processing may take between 7–30 business days depending on banking institutions and payment providers.
• Transaction fees, gateway charges, taxes, and third-party costs may be deducted where permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Indux Media be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of its services. Any approved refund shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

12. Changes to This Refund Policy

Indux Media reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on www.induxmedia.com and become effective immediately upon publication.
